Vital reason for organic food for women

Food its such a vast topic. As I began to write I inadvertently wrote the word God. Was it really inadvertent? Perhaps it was my subconscience. I began to think how the fruits and vegetables are part of the LORD’s creation. Of course if you’re an Atheist you won’t concur I’m correct. If you are an Agnostic you won’t be definition of Agnosticism be certain if what I believe is true. Be that as it may it is my belief that the produce produced on earth is holy. Ergo I think it’s closest to His will we eat foods grown on this eaeth in its most natural state. This mean so pesticides, and certainly no hormones and definitely no alterations. As I read more on the importance of organic foods, I discovered a very dirty secret of a certain pharmaceutical. As I did some internet research on organic food I found out about to me, a quite disturbing dichotomy in the breast cancer awareness movement. Please read below. Below is a major reason for eating organic, especially if you are a woman.
Chemist, scienctist, environmentalist Rachel Carson was convinced pesticides caused cancer. I know that estrogenic substances in our environment can be a cause of breast cancer. I wonder how many women came down with this terrible deadly disease due to environmental causes, including pesticides. I find it horribly ironic that the pharmaceutical Astra Zeneca who sponsors “March for the Cure”(breast cancer) manufactures chemical that release exoestrogens into our ecology. Take Zeneca for example; it later merged into Astra-Zeneca and in 2008, ICI/Astra-Zeneca is now known as AzkoNobel. AN stated yearly sales of over 20 billions dollars. Its long been among the world's largest manufacturers of pesticides, plastics, and pharmaceuticals. Its Perry, Ohio, chemical plant was noted as the third-largest source of potential carcinogen-causing pollution in the USA. It released into the environment 53,000 pounds of recognized carcinogens 1996. (Source www.naturalnews.com) In other words, in my humble opinion here’s a pharmaceutical and chemical company that enjoys it both ways, both ends. That is they create prescription drugs to fight breast cancer and they made chemicals that can cause the very same disease their medications are fighting Sort of reminds me of the old commercial for a certain cigarette They make out better at both ends.." Plus the main Rx AZ makes Tamoxofin can produce a deadly, fast growing, very difficult to treat, high mortality rate uterine cancer. What I don’t understand is what is so great about treat ing one form of malignancy when that very treatment can result in an even deadlier malignant disease? In fact the US National Institute of Health considers Tamoxofin a carcinogen. :Please note the NIH isn’t some alternative health, medical opposing organization. It’s a US govt. organization. The breakdown of $14 Billion in profits for ICI 1997 was 49 percent from pesticides and other industrial chemicals. 49 percent from pharmaceutical sales, and the remaining 2 percent from health care services including 11 cancer treatment centers. Zeneca's herbicide acetochlor is classified by the EPA as a "probable human carcinogen", and AstraZeneca sold it until a corporate reorganization in 2000, accounted for around $300 million in sales in 1997. Their product tamoxifen citrate (Nolvadex) accounted for $500 million in 1997 sales. Cancer prevention would be problematic with Zeneca's profit motive. Acetochlor been implicated as a cause of breast cancer. In other words Azko Nobel manufactures a product that is a causative factor in this deadly disease. The connection between Astra Zeneca and the food we eat is this. They manufacture pesticides with proven carcinogens, exoestrogens, a leading cause of breast camcer. Here they are the main sponsor for Breast Cancer awareness month and they’re manufacturing products that cause the very same disease they claim to be fighting. That to me is the height of hypocrisy. What’s even worse it’s a way of wayward thinking that says one thing while causing the very opposite of what it opposes. Talk of talking from both sides of one’s mouth. To me its an horrific hypocrisy. To be fair there may be other chemical companies that make breast cancer fighting meds and at the same time, make products that can cause breast cancer. The major difference is they aren’t promoting the US National Breast Cancer Month. Only Astra Noble is heavily promoting this annual monthly event. Meantime they are producing products including their main breast cancer med that can cause the very same disease. The NY Times on 5/16/ 2000 claimed National Institute for Environmental Health Sciences listed substances known to be carcinogenic. Tamoxifen was included. According to the journal Science this very drug can significantly increase the risk of breast cancer in women taking it for breast cancer treatment.. This was from a 1999 Duke University Medical Center study. Science is one of the most prestigious peer reviewed science publications in the worfld. The theme of breast cancer month is prevention. Please note its not preventing environmental causes. The American Cancer society states that other then mammograms and self examination, the illness is lude NOT totally preventative. This is because there are risk factors that can’t be changed. These in clude age, ethnicity, ones’ genes. The BRAI and BRAI2 gene are related to getting breast cancer. Rather unfortunately women of color usually get a much deadlier form than caucastion women. The reason is unknown. Conversely there are ones that can be altered such as diet, exercise, and other health modifications. There is no breast cancer prevention. My source is a phone call to the American Cancer Society. However there is peacefully, within the law, exposing companies that make substances that can be carcinogenic. So this is one important reason to eat organic food since pesticides are linked to cancer. Eating food in its natural form is the healthiest way to eat.
