Can should be cant or Scammed and fighting back
A couple years ago I signed up for what looked to me a money making site. It promised to make its members comfortably well off. The name of the site's business was "Community Action Network" or CAN for short.
It was suppose to work as a doubler. That is you put in X sum of whatever currency your nation had and then it would double.
At least that was the theory. Rick Little the CEO kept promising his people that he would launch various product lines and services that would speed up the doubling.
However either the merchandise or services never panned out or they were of such shoddy quality nobody would want them.
One example was their credit card. It never did what it was suppose to do. That is to be used as a credit card. It was barely backed up. In other words it was useless.
There were other proposed businesses like a high end clothing line, internet cafes, even a Swiss bank account. These enterprises were as successful as a blind cabdriver.
The worse part of CANT was how thousands of Americans lost thousands of dollars. Plus how tens of thousands of people worldwide had devastating financial losses too. Some of its former members wound up losing their life savings, their homes, practically every material thing dear to them.
There were even some who became seriously ill from this.
The one bright side is they are fighting back. The members are seeking justice and won't rest until they see it.
They've contacted Interpol and various Anti Net fraud groups
The CEO of CANT can run but as the saying goes he can't hide

I too was taken by CAN but I'm fighting back too.
The lesson learned was being more careful since I was burned.
I thought it would be so easy, riches to be earned
Now when I see a make money site I am much more discerned.
